ASPIRING TO BUY LAND?

Most people have the desire to own a land parcel or a plot. This is a wise investment of one’s money. However, in present Kenya, land is becoming quite expensive in almost all the areas, whether rural or urban. To own the same, therefore, requires one to have a substantial amount of money.

At the same time, there are also many fraudsters involved in land transactions. It’s easy to get duped, especially when doing the first land transaction. Beware, therefore, that, as a start, all land transactions have to be in writing. Without written documents, the court will not entertain your case, and if you have committed money to the same, the committed amount is at the risk of being lost.
